Nuclear Transport Solutions are looking for a Contract Manager to join their team in Warrington, working offsite in the UK, overseas travel, extended and out of hours work patterns.

As part of this role, you will support the Senior Commercial Manager and contribute to the success of the Commercial Division. To understand our market and competitors and to identify and develop new business opportunities. Responsible for managing specified commercial aspects of existing contracts and to develop contract/pricing strategies in line with company policies/procedures and to lead on specified aspects of contract negotiations for existing agreements with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • To deliver contract management activities associated with the implementation of Japanese PNTL transport contracts associated with MOX, Residue, JU RU, Spent Fuel, and other transport support business (including Global Acceptance)
  • Negotiation of sales and purchasing contracts - Ensuring that contracts recommended for signature meet, or exceed, Company targets. Lead the Price Review process for the HLW, ILW and MOX Transport Agreements
  • Contract Administration - Successful management of all contractual provisions to maximise the benefits to the Company. Ensuring customers approve financial documents for Spent Fuel, MOX and HLW to ensure timely issuance of invoices
  • Project Support - Ensuring appropriate commercial input to various selected projects involving capital expenditure on transport assets
  • Lead on TNI TN28VT lease
  • To work flexibly as a member of the PNTL shipping team and provide support in other areas as required
